-Minimum 3 years customer service experience
-Past phone experience with heavy call volume
-Positive Mind Set
-Passionate about helping others
-Bright and upbeat personality that shines thru on the phone
-Confident (but not a know it all or arrogant)
-Team Oriented but also strong enough to work on their own
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent attention to detail
-Organized
-Computer Experience – NextGen experience a HUGE PLUS!
-Ability to be a “cubical dweller”  (Can’t be claustrophobic)
-Get along well with a wide range of personality types
